How do I redeem codes?

To enter a code on the Disney Movie Insiders site, select "Enter Code" in the top right corner of the page and follow the instructions provided. When using the app, tap the square with the plus icon located at the bottom right corner, select the tab titled "ENTER CODE" and follow the instructions provided.

Will my points expire?

IMPORTANT COVID19 UPDATE (March 2020): In consideration of current circumstances, points expiration has been temporarily suspended. We will notify members when the points expiration policy is scheduled to be reinstated.

Your points will not expire if you have had activity in your account within a period of 365 consecutive days. Activity means increasing and/or decreasing the point balance within your Account at least once during this period. However; if your account has been inactive for 365 consecutive days, your points will expire.
